North American Council on Adoptable Children (NACAC)<\/a>: \u00a0NACAC creates and disseminates publications that provide resources, information, and support to adoptive families<\/a> and prospective adopters<\/a>, and provides phone consultations and materials to address parents’\u00a0questions about adoption subsidies<\/a> for children with special needs.<\/p>\n\n
